6 modules · 22 lessons · 37 estimated minutes of core reading
Reading estimates assume 200 words per minute and round each lesson up to a whole minute. Country notes, the worked project and practical exercises take additional time.
The course is being finalised and is not on sale yet. The full outline is below.
The lessons are written in English. The rest of YoDecor is available in six languages.
What is inside
Pricing, outreach and registration examples adapt to your country — Bulgaria, Germany, France, Spain, Greece, or a general international version.
1. What you are actually selling
Most people fail here: they sell renders. Clients do not buy renders, they buy a decision they are afraid to get wrong.
- You are not selling renders — ~2 min
- Pick one buyer, not five — ~1 min
- Write the offer in one sentence — ~1 min
- Say the limits out loud — ~1 min
2. Your first ten clients
Build permission-based examples, practise outreach and measure the response. Ten clients is a planning goal, not a promised outcome.
- Build proof before you ask anyone for money — ~2 min
- The warm circle, done without cringe — ~2 min
- Cold outreach that gets replies — ~2 min
- A ninety-day experiment, not a client guarantee — ~2 min
3. Pricing and packaging
Define a useful deliverable, include labour and costs, and quote a clear scope with agreed revision limits.
- Never price per render — ~1 min
- The three-package structure — ~2 min
- Setting your actual numbers — ~2 min
4. Delivering the work
A repeatable production process is what turns a side hustle into a business. This is the part you can systemise.
- The intake that prevents rework — ~2 min
- The production run — ~3 min
- How you hand it over — ~2 min
- Handling revisions and unhappy clients — ~1 min
5. Proposals, objections and closing
The gap between interest and payment is where most beginners lose the job. It is a process problem, not a charisma problem.
- The twenty-minute discovery call — ~1 min
- The one-page proposal — ~2 min
- The four objections you will actually hear — ~2 min
- Inviting repeat work and referrals — ~1 min
6. Making it a business
The unglamorous part: legal basics, systems, and knowing when this should stay a side income.
- The boring foundations — ~2 min
- Systemise before you scale — ~1 min
- An honest word on expectations — ~2 min
Who this is for
People who want to earn from AI interior visualisation as a side income or a small service business: freelancers, estate agents, home stagers, small builders and kitchen fitters, and anyone already comfortable using a tool like YoDecor.
This course teaches the business around visual-concept work: positioning, client research, pricing, proposals and delivery. No design qualification is required to study it. It does not award a professional qualification or authorise regulated architectural, engineering or other licensed services.
What this course will not do
It will not make you passive income, and it will not replace a salary in thirty days. Anyone promising that is selling a dream.
No validated learner-outcome data is presented to establish typical earnings, conversion rates or a time to the first client. You may earn nothing or lose money after expenses. Financial examples are fictional practice scenarios, not forecasts; receipts are not take-home profit.
The course is written, self-paced text with copy-and-paste templates. There are no live calls and no 1-on-1 coaching included.
