FLOOR PLAN DESIGNER

Turn spatial relationships into a room you can see.

A floor plan explains how a home works even when no room photograph exists. YoDecor reads the visible layout and uses it as a constraint for a realistic interior concept.

01

Upload a clear plan or sketch

Choose A floor plan or sketch in the project starter, then upload a JPG, PNG or WebP image. Printed plans, exported drawings and legible hand sketches can all provide useful spatial guidance.

02

Read rooms, openings and circulation

YoDecor identifies walls, room labels, doors, windows, balconies, adjacent zones and likely circulation. It focuses on the requested room while respecting access and the relationships shown in the drawing.

03

Create a realistic eye-level concept

The plan becomes a photorealistic room view with plausible daylight and neutral base materials where the drawing provides no visual specification. Furniture is then arranged around the interpreted proportions and walkways.

04

Use dimensions when they are available

Add room width, length and ceiling height to strengthen scale guidance. The result is a design visualization, so verify construction, clearances and purchases against measured architectural drawings.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Good to know
before you begin.

Which floor-plan files can I upload?

Upload the floor plan as a JPG, PNG or WebP image up to 15 MB. If you have a PDF or CAD drawing, export the relevant plan page as a clear image first.

Can YoDecor understand a hand-drawn plan?

Yes, when walls, openings and room labels are clear enough to read. Straight lines, legible labels and visible door positions improve the interpretation.

Is the generated room architecturally exact?

No. It is a realistic design concept guided by the plan, not a construction model. Always use verified measurements and professional drawings for building decisions.

Can designers use the floor-plan workflow for clients?

Yes. Choose Build a client concept to explore layout, flow and style directions before preparing detailed drawings or specifications.
